The PREGNANT Trial builds upon the success of the MGH Professional Development Coaching Program for trainees, which has:
- Spread nationally across multiple institutions
- Demonstrated significant reduction in burnout among trainees
- Improved well-being and coping skills for physicians in training
- Trained a network of 21 female certified physician coaches
Our certified physician coaches are selected from this established program, ensuring participants receive expert guidance from experienced coaches who understand the medical training environment.
